(ii) Changes of Directors’ and Chief Executive’s Information Pursuant to Rule 13.51B(1) of the Listing Rules There have been no changes in the information of Directors and Chief Executive of the Company since publication of the 2019 interim report up to this annual report, save and except that: (a) Dr. LEE Nai Shee, Harry, S.B.S., J.P . was awarded the Honorary Fellowship of the Textile Institute in 2019 in Manchester, United Kingdom and he ceased to be a board member of Global Apparel, Footwear & Textile Initiative. (b) Mr. TSE Kam Keung ceased to serve on the Investment Committee of Hopu Fund. (c) Mr. HO Lap Kee, Sunny, M.H., J.P . was awarded the Medal of Honour (M.H.) by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2019.
