Environmental, Social and Governance Report (“ESG Report”) 環境、社會及管治報告(「環境、社會及管治報告」) Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited Annual Report 2019 64 This ESG Report includes our disclosures related to the requirements as set out in the Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide (the “ESG Guide”), Appendix 27 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Listing Rules”). About Tradelink Tradelink is an e-commerce services company and its principal activity is to provide Government Electronic Trading Services (“GETS”) for processing certain official trade-related documents. Leverage its core competence, Tradelink has diversified its business in other areas including supply chain solutions, identity management solutions and payment technology solutions, some of which being operated by the Company’s subsidiaries. The mission of the Company is to empower its clients with business enabled e-solutions for their commercial and financial activities. Scope of the ESG Report This ESG Report focuses on aspects which have been identified as material to the Group’s business by the Board and its key stakeholders namely, its employees, investors and shareholders, customers, suppliers and the community. As our core business is operated in Hong Kong, the scope of reporting in this ESG Report covers Tradelink and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019. ESG Strategy & Reporting In accordance with the Listing Rules, the Board has overall responsibility for the Company’s ESG strategy and reporting. The Company has been pursuing its ESG strategy since its adoption by the Board on 29 March 2016.
