Directors’ Report (Continued) 董事會報告書 （續） 二零一九年年報 貿易通電子貿易有限公司 79 主要客戶及供應商 於本財政年度主要客戶及供應商分別應佔本集團 的銷售額及採購額資料如下： 於五大客戶當中，四名客戶為銀行及一名客戶為 香港零售鏈龍頭。於二零一九年年底，彼等與本 公司的關係介乎少於 1 年至 15 年。 年內概無任何董事、彼等的聯繫人士或任何本公 司股東（據董事所知擁有本公司股本 5% 以上）擁 有上述主要客戶或供應商任何權益。 財務報表 本集團截至二零一九年十二月三十一日止年度的 溢利，以及本公司與本集團於該日的財政狀況載 於第 102 頁至第 197 頁的財務報表內。 建議股息 二零一九年十月九日已派付中期股息每股 3.3 港 仙（二零一八年：中期股息每股 3.5 港仙）。 董事會現建議派付截至二零一九年十二月三十一 日止年度的末期股息每股 6.5 港仙（二零一八年： 末期股息每股 6.0 港仙）。建議股息於股東在即將 舉行的股東週年大會批准後，將於二零二零年五 月二十九日或前後派付予合資格股東。 Major Customers and Suppliers The information in respect of the Group’s sales and purchases attributable to the major customers and suppliers respectively during the financial year is as follows: Percentage of the Group’s Total 佔本集團總額的百分比 Sales Purchases 銷售額 採購額 The largest customer 最大客戶 20.3% Five largest customers in aggregate 五大客戶合計 29.9% The largest supplier 最大供應商 21.8% Five largest suppliers in aggregate 五大供應商合計 33.0% Of the five largest customers, four are banks and one is a leading retail chain in Hong Kong. As at end of 2019, their length of relationship with the Company ranges from less than 1 year to 15 years. At no time during the year have the Directors, their associates or any shareholder of the Company (which to the knowledge of the Directors owns more than 5% of the Company’s share capital) had any interest in these major customers or suppliers. Financial Statements The profit of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the state of the Company’s and the Group’s affairs at that date are set out in the financial statements on pages 102 to 197. Recommended Dividend An interim dividend of HK 3.3 cents per share (2018: interim dividend of HK 3.5 cents per share) was paid on 9 October 2019. The Directors now recommend the payment of a final dividend of HK 6.5 cents per share (2018: final dividend of HK 6.0 cents per share) for the year ended 31 December 2019. The proposed dividend is expected to be paid on or about 29 May 2020 to qualified shareholders subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming AGM.
