Each option gives the holder the right to subscribe for one ordinary share in the Company. The terms and conditions of the Share Option Scheme 2014 are disclosed in the annual financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2018. Details of movements of these Share Option Scheme 2014 during the six months ended 30 June 2019 are set out below.
