Financial Statements The profit of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the state of the Company’s and the Group’s affairs at that date are set out in the financial statements on pages 106 to 201. Recommended Dividend An interim dividend of HK 1.95 cents per share (2019: interim dividend of HK 3.3 cents per share) was paid on 9 October 2020. The Directors now recommend the payment of a final dividend of HK 7.25 cents per share (2019: final dividend of HK 6.5 cents per share) for the year ended 31 December 2020. The proposed dividend is expected to be paid on or about 26 May 2021 to qualified shareholders subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming AGM.
