Other Information 其他資料 31 二零二一年中期報告 貿易通電子貿易有限公司 Interim Dividend The Board has resolved to declare an interim dividend of HK 2.8 cents per share (2020: HK 1.95 cents per share) for the six months ended 30 June 2021 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 27 September 2021. Dividend will be paid to shareholders on or around 8 October 2021. The interim dividend payout ratio is about 74.2% of the Group’s profit for the period. Purchase, Sale or Redemption of the Company’s Listed Securities During the six months ended 30 June 2021, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries purchased, sold or redeemed any of its listed securities. Closure of Register of Members The register of members will be closed from Monday, 27 September 2021 to Wednesday, 29 September 2021, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all duly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 24 September 2021.
