Note 2:The calculation of diluted earnings per share is based on the profit attributable to equity shareholders of the Company of HK$29,998,000 (2020: HK$20,182,000) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 794,802,000 (2020: 794,634,000 shares), after adjusting for the effect of potential dilution from ordinary shares issuable under the Company’s share option scheme. Note 3:The 2021 interim dividend of HK 2.8 cents per share is calculated based on the dividend payout ratio of about 74.2% of the profit attributable to the equity shareholders of the Company of HK$29,998,000 and the number of ordinary shares of 794,634,000 as at 30 June 2021. 附註 1 ：每股基本盈利乃根據本公司股權持有人應佔溢利 港幣 29,998,000 元（二零二零年：港幣 20,182,000 元）及本期間已發行普通股的加權平均股數 794,634,000 股（二零二零年： 794,634,000 股）計 算。 附註 2 ：每股攤薄盈利乃根據本公司股權持有人應佔溢利 港幣 29,998,000 元（二零二零年：港幣 20,182,000 元）及普通股的加權平均股數 794,802,000 股（二 零二零年： 794,634,000 股）（已就本公司購股權計 劃下可予發行普通股的潛在攤薄影響作出調整） 計算。 附註 3 ：二零二一年中期股息每股 2.8 港仙乃根據本公司 股權持有人應佔溢利港幣 29,998,000 元的派息率 約 74.2% 及於二零二一年六月三十日 794,634,000 股普通股計算。
