Their biographical details have already been set out above under the sub-heading “Directors”. The biographical details of Ms. CHU are set out as follows: Ms. CHU Pik Kwan, Peggie , aged 43, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Company which she joined in 2004. Prior to that, Ms. CHU worked in KPMG for audit services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. CHU is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
