He ceased to be a member of the Investment Committee of the Company on 11 April 2018. (2) Mr. YING Tze Man, Kenneth became a member of the Investment Committee of the Company on 11 April 2018. At the two meetings, the Investment Committee reviewed the execution of the investment policy by Senior Management and the portfolio of the Company’s investment. The Investment Committee also discussed the global economic and investment outlook and reviewed the investment strategy. (6) Company Secretary Mr. HO Chi Kin Joseph, the Group’s Senior Vice President of Legal & Compliance, is the Company Secretary of the Company. Mr. HO has confirmed that during the year under review he has taken no less than 15 hours of relevant professional training.
