The options granted to the Directors are registered under the names of the Directors who are also the beneficial owners. Information on the accounting policy for share options granted and the weighted average value per option is provided in Note 1(q)(ii) and 24(a) to the “Notes to the Financial Statements” respectively. Apart from the foregoing, at no time during the year was the Company, or its subsidiaries, a party to any arrangement to enable the Directors of the Company to acquire benefits by means of the acquisition of shares in the Company or any other body corporate. Equity-Linked Agreements No equity-linked agreements were entered into during the year or subsisted at the end of the year, save for the share option schemes described in this report.
