Closure of Register of Members The register of members will be closed from Tuesday, 7 May 2019 to Friday, 10 May 2019, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be registered to determine the shareholders’ entitlement to attend and vote at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Friday, 10 May 2019. In order to qualify to attend and vote at the AGM, all duly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 6 May 2019. The register of members will also be closed from Thursday, 16 May 2019 to Monday, 20 May 2019, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be registered.
