Purchase, Sale or Redemption of the Company’s
Listed Securities
During the year, neither the Company nor its subsidiaries purchased, sold or
redeemed any of its listed securities.
Closure of Register of Members
The register of members will be closed from Wednesday, 11 May 2016 to
Friday, 13 May 2016, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of
shares will be registered to determine the shareholders’ entitlement to attend
and vote at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Friday, 13
May 2016. All duly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant
share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s share registrar,
Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712–1716,
17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
for registration, no later than 4:30 pm on Tuesday, 10 May 2016.
The register of members will also be closed from Thursday, 19 May 2016
to Monday, 23 May 2016, both days inclusive, during which period no
transfer of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for the final and
special dividends, all duly completed transfer forms accompanied by the
relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s share registrar,
Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712–1716,
17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
for registration, no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday, 18 May 2016.

年內，本公司或其任何附屬公司概無購買、出售或贖回本公
司的任何上市證券。
暫停辦理股份過戶登記
本公司將於二零一六年五月十一日（星期三）至二零一六年五
月十三日（星期五）（包括首尾兩日）期間，暫停辦理股份過戶
登記手續。於此期間不會辦理股份過戶登記手續，以便釐定
出席二零一六年五月十三日（星期五）舉行之本公司之股東週
年大會（「股東週年大會」）並於會上投票之股東資格。所有填
妥的股份過戶表格連同有關股票必須於二零一六年五月十日
（星期二）下午四時三十分前，送達本公司的股份過戶登記處
