Purchase, Sale or Redemption of the Company’s
Listed Securities
During the year, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries purchased,
sold or redeemed any of its listed securities.
Closure of Register of Members
The register of members will be closed from Tuesday, 9 May 2017 to
Thursday, 11 May 2017, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer
of shares will be registered to determine the shareholders’ entitlement to attend
and vote at the AGM to be held on Thursday, 11 May 2017. In order to qualify
to attend and vote at the AGM, all duly completed transfer forms accompanied
by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s share
registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-
1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong
Kong for registration, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 8 May 2017.
The register of members will also be closed from Thursday, 18 May 2017 to
Monday, 22 May 2017, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer
of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for the final dividend, all duly
completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must
be lodged with the Company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong
Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre,
183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration, no later than
4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 17 May 2017.

年內，本公司或其任何附屬公司概無購買、出售或贖回本公
司的任何上市證券。
暫停辦理股份過戶登記
本公司將於二零一七年五月九日（星期二）至二零一七年五月
十一日（星期四）（包括首尾兩日）期間，暫停辦理股份過戶登
記手續，以便釐定出席二零一七年五月十一日（星期四）舉行
之股東週年大會並於會上投票的股東資格。為符合出席股東
週年大會及於會上投票的資格，所有填妥的股份過戶表格
連同有關股票必須於二零一七年五月八日（星期一）下午四時
三十分前，送達本公司的股份過戶登記處香港中央證券登記
有限公司登記，地址為香港灣仔皇后大道東
