Interim Dividend
The Board has resolved to declare an interim dividend of HK 2.4 cents per
share (2015: HK 3.6 cents per share) for the six months ended 30 June
2016 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the
Company on 21 September 2016. Dividend will be paid to shareholders on or
around 6 October 2016. The interim dividend payout ratio is about 76% of the
Group’s profit for the period after excluding the deferred tax credit of HK$11.7
million.
Purchase, Sale or Redemption of the Company’s Listed
Securities
During the six months ended 30 June 2016 neither the Company nor any of its
subsidiaries purchased, sold or redeemed any of its listed securities.
Closure of Register of Members
The register of members will be closed from 21 September 2016 to 23
September 2016, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares
will be registered. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all transfer of
shares accompanied by share certificates and transfer forms must be lodged
with the Company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services
Limited, Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s
Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, for registration not later than 4:30 pm on
20 September 2016. Dividend will be paid to shareholders on or around 6
October 2016.

續，於此期間不會辦理股份過戶登記手續。為合資格收取中
期股息，所有股份過戶文件連同有關股票及過戶表格須於二
零一六年九月二十日下午四時三十分前，送交本公司股份過
