9 Directors’ and chief executive’s emoluments

The above emoluments include the value of share options granted
and shares awarded to certain directors and chief executive under the
Company’s share option schemes and share award scheme, respectively,
as estimated at the date of grant and award. Details of these benefits
in kind are disclosed under the sections “Share Option Schemes” and
“Shares Award Scheme” in the Directors’ Report.
10 Individuals with highest emoluments
All five (2014: three) individuals with the highest emoluments are
directors during the year whose emoluments are disclosed in
Note 9
. For
the year ended 31 December 2015, two of these five directors were in the
directorship for only part of the year. The portions of their emoluments
that were not attributable to the period during which they were in
directorship were disclosed below. The aggregate of the emoluments in
respect of the two (2014: two) individuals are as follows:
